Condominium & Homeowner's Association Representation
Represents condominium and homeowner associations with collections, By-Law interpretation and drafting. Compliance with state laws regarding operations.
Motor Vehicle Infractions
Representation of clients in all state courts for DUI, Reckless Driving, Driving on Suspended License, and related serious traffic matters.
Probate & Estate Administration
Acts as Personal Representative or counsel to Personal Representative in preparing Inventories and Accountings for probate of Wills or administration of Trusts.
Wills & Trusts
Prepare Wills and Trusts. All complicated tax avoidance wills and trusts are referred to outside tax specialists.
Domestic Relations Consultation
Preparation and advice on Pre-Marital and Post-Marital Agreements and handles uncontested divorces after agreements have been concluded. All contested custody and equitable distribution matters referred out to specialists in the field.
